Bells and Burkes

Does anyone have information on the Bells of Mousewald please?
Mary Bell, born 8 Jan 1802 in Mousewald, married Peter Bourke (later Burke) in Wetherall, Cumbria 10 March 1821. They had 3 children in Wetherall/Carlisle and then moved to Annan, Dumfries where they had more children. They then moved back to Carlisle to have yet more children. In Carlisle they worked in the cotton  industry. On both the 1841 and 1851 English census' Peter Burke is stated as being born in Scotland but I can find no trace of him having been there. I believe Mary Bell's parents may have been Robert Bell and Mary McKey(McKay or McKie). I know of two of Peter and Mary's children that moved to Newcastle on Tyne but cannot trace any others.
