faces that need names

I have several old family pictures where only one person is named and others are unknown. 
Does anyone have a good idea how we could log these pictures onto this site [giving a little history behind heach picture] so that others can view them with the hope of recognition.
TAGGART/ HANNA  Donegore and Belfast Co. Antrim.
MAWHINNEY Co. Armagh and Whiteabbey.Co. Antrim
GALLOWAY, Co. Armagh.
DICKSON Co. Down.
