1851 census look up please

Would someone please mind doing a general search for me in the 1851 census.  The chaps name is John Cowley, he must have been born prior to 1810 and was a blacksmith?

Later in life his daughter married in Hartlepool, so they may well be from the north east of england/durham/northumberland.
