I'm looking for a David Earnest Rickett born approx 1889 in Montgomeryshire/Llanwddyn area.  Any help greatly appreciated.

There is a Robert D Rickett born Llanwyddyn in the 1891.  I've checked the image and the letter is clearly a D and not an E.

                      i can't find your man but there are two david rickett's b. llanwddyn, one in 1815 parents david & catherine, another 1821,
                   not much help but who knows in the future?

Thanks for this!  to cut a very long story short my gr grandfather David Ellis Ricketts was born in Rhyl in 1886.  He went to Chicago in 1912 in search of work and then disappeared leaving my Gr Grandmother and grandfather behind him.  I've located a David E Rickett (born in Wales) on the American census for 1920 and 1930 although his age is out by about 5 years and thought it may be him, but on locating an obit for him, he's listed as David Ernest. I just wanted to eliminate the possibility of there being another Welsh David E on the UK census that it could be.

I'm trying to find a way to get US naturalisation documentation to clear it up once and for all, but no luck yet!
