My Cheshire surnames

BOULDERSTONE, Sandbach, Ollerton, Astbury, Peover, Bramhall, Chelford, Cheadle Hulme.

CARTWRIGHT possibly Sandbach.

DAVENPORT, Lower Peover.

GOUGH, Toft.

ROBINSON, Allostock.

LOMAS, Heaton Mersey.

HADFIELD, Stockport.

BRACEGIRDLE, Heaton Norris, Gatley, Northenden.

JONES, Gatley.

WORSENCROFT, Northenden.

CREWE, Wybunbury, Nantwich, Bunbury, Everton.

WALLEY, possibly Nantwich.

Hoping to hear from someone related or with knowledge of these families.

If may help your research if you post them individual posting as much as you know especially with connections to the census returns.

Then even if we are not connected we can all try to help you with your research  :)

You have quite a few names which is a lot of posting so maybe you could try a couple per night  ;D

I have some Walleys starting in Audley in 1600s (Edvardi) and moving to Staffordshire in 1700s(Edward 1751 - 1814). If you would like more information, please add some details re names/dates

I have a Colin WORSENCROFT (1927-1988) from Stockport (Hazel Grove) - any use?

He married my 1C1R Jean M HALLWORTH (1932-2021) in Q3 1953.

The Hallworth family could keep you going for years!
