Margaret read..... Help needed..

Hi

I trying to find out some infromation a Margaret read born abt 1846... All I know is her fathers name was William read.

I have found her on the 1861 census Lancashire:
1861 Ref: RG9/2660 Folio 6.

She is down as age 15 and a servant to the burns family.

John Burns age 25 Head born Ireland Galway
Maria Burns age 28 wife born Ireland Galway
John Burns age 2 liverpool
Mary Burns age 3 weeks old liverpool
20 Edgar Street

All I know of her family is her father was called william read/Reid..

Anyone any ideas where I might go to find out any information...

I a bit lost now... Any help would be great.
