According to free BMD a possibility of marriage is with

Elizabeth Jane Mc Diarmid

Unfortunately there are 2 men listed on this page and only Elizabeth Jane so it is possible that he married a Rhoda. I searched for possibilities of Rhoda but nothing came up.

I think the only way to be sure is to order cert. for marriage of William Fall.

Can't find William & Rhoda on the 1861, but found
daughter Fanny aged 23, unmarried, working as a
waitress at the Bath Hotel, Bournemouth, Hampshire.
What caught my eye was that there was also a
visitor by the name of Jane Fall aged 61, unmarried,
born Jersey, Channel Islands.
Don't know if there is a connection thou. :-\

Thanks Sue - that is intriguing! Can you find fanny's siblings in 1861? sarah born 1839 and George born 1841.
Huge thanks! But where were the parents in 1861?? I have them again in 1871 living in Pokesdown.
