looking for information, especially parents to Sanderson Ditty born 1801 in Killyfaddy, he wed Ann foster and had Richard, Rachel and James. James moved to the USA and richard moved to Canada.

What denomination was Sanderson Ditty ???

You'll have to rely on Church records when searching for him as he was born, and more than likely married, prior to the introduction of Civil Registration in Ireland. This happened in 1864. Marriages of Non Catholic were registered from 1845 onwards.
