Hi could you please find the following family on the 1841 census


from 1851 census

Wheat sheaf yard, cloth market newcastle
John bolton 31 sailor northumberland ford
Margaret wife 29 housekeeper     ditto
James , son, 2                               ditto
John, son, 1                                   ditto

Are you sure he isn't a Tailor rather than a Sailor?
(Sailors would have been called Mariners usually)
Plus he's living in the Cloth market in Newcastle in 1851

In 1841 in Beadnell (not far from Ford), there's a John Bolton, born c1821, Tailor. Son of John Bolton & Margaret. REF HO 107/818/4/page 6
