BARNSLEY, 1851
« on: Thursday 02 March 06 23:36 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone find Thomas Barnsley/Barnsly in 1851?  He was born approx. 1796 in Stavely, Leicester, according to the 1881 census.  The 1841 census finds him and his son Henry age 9 in Hatton Bldgs., Packington, Leics. By 1852 son Henry is marrying in Foleshill, Warwickshire.  These men were coalminers.

Thanks, Linda

Thank you so much - both father and son.  Huge help, even if dad seems unsure where he exactly was born!
