Charles Read and Family - it is their professions I am having problems with

I think
Charles is a Wood Turner (Buttons then underneath in Sarah's box but probably related to Charles (managing foreman)
Frederick Ivory Button Stainer
Fanny ???Formerly Button

Conder or Carder
Fredericks and Fannys occupations are scribbled out so might be a mistake

I would guess that Fredericks occupation was "Ivory Button Stainer - formerly Button Carder", I think that the bit in the box for fanny is still refering to Frederick. I think Jan is spot on with the rest.

Changed my mind!!

It seems that most button carders were women, perhaps it says "fomerly button carder" because she was looking after baby Ernest at the time??
