john poole howells

i was told that my great grandfather was called john poole howells.but on his marriage and census he is just john thomas howells.he was born about 1862 in bilston,but i have found a john poole howells being born in 1832 west brom staffordshire could this be his father, any chance someone can find him getting married or on earliers census.thanks

hi francis.yes i have found him before but i dont think he is mine.as this one is in the 1881 census in staffordshire,but mine is in middlesbrough then.what i am looking for is john poole howells on any census.or getting married.or a john howells engine driver as this is what john thomas said his father was.thanks janet
