Is it possible to save to file, and /or forward to another E- Mail address, personal messages, I don't seem to be able to do either ? Bodger

Sorry, but as far as I know, you can't.

The PM system is not a full e-mail system, but just a basic system for sending private text messages to and fro.

You could always copy the contents of your private messages then paste into Word or Notepad or something similar.

I do it quite regularly because the number of times I have deleted a PM which contained some important information........
