I have Edna Simcock in 1841 (born 1831) but she is not with the family by 1851 - can anyone trace a death?

Hi - as advised previously

You can now search the full GRO index yourself free of charge at

www.ancestry.co.uk/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx.  Choose SEARCH THE FULL IMAGES (BETA)

The partial index (freebmd) can also be searched on the same website or at http://freebmd.rootsweb.com

By 1851 she was 20 years old so may have married

Thats amazing sandra as I have her sister Martha (born 1835) marrying James Lovekin in 1862. James then died in 1869 and Martha went to live with them -on the 1871 Census! Any chance you can find Edna and emmanuel in 1851 and 1861 to complete my picture? (Either Edna married young - I know that the 1841 ages are rounded up or down by 5 years so that may explain why Edna seemed so young - she is aged 9 in 1841 but aged 44 by 1871 which would meake her DOB nearer to 1827/28- more  realistic for a marriage in 1845! Please let me know if you have access to 1851 and 1861 - if not, then I will re-post. Thank you so much!
Thank you!!!! ;D

I have looked on my 1851 disks for them but there seems to be a block missing ???

If anyone else has access I found a reference to a LOVEKIN on HO107/2002 Folio 406 which seems to be missing from my disks.

Regards

Sandra

ps. I did find one LOVEKIN family in Burslem, a Joseph aged 40 and Elizabeth aged 38.

No, sorry. :(

I only have my own disks of 1851 and some info seems to be missing on those, and 1881 disks.

I think you will need to post a request.
