Could someone help me in finding Joseph Billingham and his wife Loisa living in Walsall, possibly green lane in 1891, Joseph was born in 1846 at Cradley Heath, Staffordshire many thanks

joseph billingham married louisa titley 10th july 1870 at walsall st johns staffs.josephs age 22yrs and louisas age 24yrs.grooms father james sidaway and brides father charles cooper.

i wonder why the bride and groom had parents with different surnames, the date and ages seem the the same, but josephs father was john billingham from Tibbetts gardens in Rowley Regis, this is very interesting i will try and find out, thank you for this information           glen :)
