I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT ABOUT NOAMI LLOYD  BORN 1854 FLINT DIED 21 09 1935 MARRIED TO JOHN HILDITCH IN 1879 I DO HAVE DETAILS OF HER ON 1881 CENSUS AND BEYOND BUT NOTHING BEFORE . CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH FINDING OUT FURTHER DETAILS .

Having seen the Census Entry for 1881,and the fact that there are two Lloyd children listed as Stepchildren,have you considered the possibility that Naomi perhaps married a Lloyd,and the Lloyd died,and that the Marriage to John Hilditch was her second.

I have had a look at the Flintshire Census,and there was only one Naomi born in Flint in c 1855,and that is a Naomi Davies.There is also the Marriage in 1873 of a Naomi Davies in the Holywell District.

I think William is right, John Hilditch is Naomi's second marriage.

Holywell marriage Nov 8 1873.
James Lloyd. 21 Collier. Father, Thomas. Collier.
Naomi Davies. 18. Father John. Collier.
Witnesses. Llywelyn Lloyd & Caroline Hayes.
All made their mark(X).

Couldn't see her marriage to John Hilditch.

Thanks Paul,and I ahve a minor connection I believe to this Caroline Hayes in my Tree.I believe she was born in Flint in c 1845,the daughter of Thomas and Cathrine Hayes.They also had a son Richard Hayes who was born in c 1843 who married one of my Conway relatives,a Maria Conway the daughter of a Roger Conway,who was in turn the nephew of my Greatx4-Gandfather Edward Conway.
