1901 Leftovers: 1644/133/33: help please

this census has only got the names marital condition & age what happened to all the other info

Well it's not all like that, only from Page 27 to 32 which is the Gypsies Camp, with vans and tents.  I suppose one person gave the names and ages and that was all the information the enumerator managed to gather.

I am trying to transcribe this 1901 census 1644//133//33 but I am struggling with the following could anyone take a look & give me a hand :)

The first name is transcribed as James Finch on www.ancestry.co.uk & Samuel Finch on www.1901census.nationalarchives.gov.uk

the 10th person is Sarah aged 65 Wid cant make out her surname

The 12th&13th Bibby first names

20th Webb begins with P 1yr old female

23rd Webb 22 yr old mar. female

25th & 26th P 67 & Mary 62 is there surname also Webb
