I have an interest in those out there researching the Chambers name.  My Great Grdfther had five children, Mary E. b 1876 London, Edith E. b 1879, William H. b 1874 in Islington, Charles b 1871 Islington, and George Edward b 1882 ( in Leyton).
If anyone is researching this family please let me know.

Hi, my great grandmother was Mary Chambers born in Islington in 1876. She married Henry Charles Crofts in Islington in 1894. Not sure if this is the same Mary as mine seems to be Mary Ann Chambers and on her birth record Mary Ruth? Just starting out on this so hope there may be a connection. Thanks, Celene

On the 1881 census their other daughter is Mary Ethel aged 5  born Islington, unmarried and back with the family in Leyton on the 1901 census.
