I am trying to trace the parents of Martha Duckett  who was born in Odiham in 1819. Can anyone help,please?

If you know who she married, you could look up her marriage on the GRO index and get a copy of her marriage cert.  That will at least give you her fathers name

I found this entry on the BVRI but it was 1821

You could consider this one as well:

Martha Duckett baptised 26 Oct 1817 Long Sutton (adjacent to Odiham) parents George & Lucy Duckett.

I found some info from the Odiham Society
