Would any kind person be able to find the marriage of Ruth Webber born about 1890/1891 to Otto A Cibak NY could be Manhattan. Any find would be greatly appreciated.  :)

You could try looking through these indexes from this genealogy group.  I am transcribing for them and it is an on-going project so keep checking if you have not found her yet.
