1851 census look up
« on: Monday 20 March 06 13:21 GMT (UK) »
hello can someone please look up the following individual.  I am hoping that she will be living with her father whom was definetely called John.  She was called either Ann Dodsworth or Sarah Ann Dodsworth and I know that she was born between1845 and 1848.  I dont know about any siblings but later in life the family where residing around the sowerby/thirsk/helperby area of yorkshire.

Thanks

Mark

yes I think that the one that you quoted me must be the correct one.

Ann dodsworth married in 1866 to an Alfred Calvert, the following census years she was down as either ann or sarah ann always born abt 1847 at brafferton or helperby.  On the marriage cert it quoted that her father was a john (a labourer), therefore I was hoping that she would be with her dad in 1841 51 and 61.  So probably the one you said in 1851 unless her dad died between 1847ish at 1851???

Thanks

Mark
