I am searching for info on O'Hagan in Carrigallen Parish. Townlands are Mullinadarragh and Drumderglin. I've had no luck with the 1901 Census, even using name variants.

Hi ozlady,
there are 3 Egan entries for those two townlands - could they be the ones and 1 O'Hagan for Mullanadarragh.
best wishes

Thanks for that info. For some reason I can get nothing out of the 1901. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong! I'm looking for Patrick and Anna Maria (nee O'Reilly) O'Hagan, I think at Drunderglin and JamesO'Hagan and Catherine (nee Brady) at Mullinadarragh.
Could you give me some tips on how to access the 1901?

Hi
www.leitrim-roscommon.com  - go to 1901 census database - then scroll down to get to 'click here to search'. You can searcby name, townland etc.
Watch the spellings- Mullanadarragh and on your other posting Beagh More. This site only gives names and ages but it is a beginning.
good luck

Hiya Ozlady,

There are several O'Reillys mentioned in the article Carrigallen 1900 - 1920 which I posted on this thread.

All the Best, Chris
