High i have the Ward family ,Rachel Ward married Joseph Weaver Black Bourton Oxford 1782  the Weaver family born Witney on census  but were not, as with Harris

Not a slngle Ward registered for Witney Methodists but ther are quite a lot for Banbury methodists (no Thomas though), & 7 on the registers for Bloxham & Milton Presbyterian one of which is a
Thomas Ward as below

Blank 1814 Thomas s/o Thomas/Mary ward. by very partial washing, at Netherthrop near Banbury Born 2 OCT 1814

I know this is a hell of a long shot but you never nkow do you - hope this is of some help & if you would like details of all the Wards pn my fiche pleqase can we do it by e mail as I can prepare it on a floppy & send as attachment as it saves a lot of time - due to the fact that I gaing my net access at my local library
