Dove family

I am looking for a Mason Dove b. Owersby 1823 bpt 14th feb Winterton. His father John Dove -Cooper died in may 1825 buried Winterton Parish church.
Leaving Mason and his mother who I believe to be Charlotte Fowler. I can't find him or his mother, but, Mason is educated his jobs in the future shows this.
I can't seem to find mason until he marries a Ann Barnhouse here in Cardiff 1844. at the time of his marriage residence is given as Ashton under lyne lancashire. He moved around because he was a contactor for the railway. Does anyone see my Mason Dove on census info 1841 or other documents.

the only mason dove of that age i can find is living in sapperton gloucestershire at the time of the 1841 cencus.
mason dove 17yrs born out of county.
not living with any family but looks like says m.s pressumabley male servant.maybe his job while doing his education
