Can I ask for your kindly expertise to clean up and maybe colour this lovely photo my brother sent me of my Mom (on the left ) and Auntie Daisy?
Thanks in advance,

Here's a curves adjustment, clean and repair but it's too late in the night to start colouring, however, feel welcome to use this as a starting point.

Dennford, Poll Doll, and Saddler!!
What can I say! I was near to tears when I saw how you each transformed my photo! I know my brother will love a copy of the sepia version, but I will save the coloured one for myself!!
Thank you all so much for your splendid work
ever grateful,
Sushi

:'(  Awwww   I am pleased that you like our efforts ....  I had to smile when I saw one post on here asking to explain simply ( :o ) how to improve a damaged photo ... Keith and Glen and Prue and all the others on here who do this will vouch for me when I say ... Ahem .. ::) There is NO simple way...

I learned from online tutorials and a digital photo magazine that I was given an annual subscription for.  ( for Xmas) Some take longer than others but often there are many hours work  involved  so sorry .....no quick fixes... I suspect we all just love the satisfaction of retieving information from the past.... and the reward is the joy it brings the owners of the photos and those few words of thanks  that people post back to us  ...
 So  keep them coming ....  I don't mind if you don't! ;D ;D ;D
