I'm trying to get a copy of a booklet produced by the Craigavon Historical Society called "A general study of Waringstown".

Just checked the Libraries website. There are copies held in a few locations such as Lurgan Library, Waringstown Library etc. Perhaps you could order one in to your local library (this can be done online).
