Hi, I am trying to trace Sarah Davis, born in 1798 in Dungerness,Kent
She married Samuel Hopping, a Tailor, born 4/8/1779 in Devonport, Devon. Date and place of marriage unknown as yet. They were living at Uxbridge, Middx. in the 1851 census.
Any information on the above will be gratefully received.

Hi Dave

Dungeness isn't a parish in it's own right (more of a hamlet) and comes under Lydd although some miles from Lydd town and church.
