want to find connections to the Kelleher family who lived at Ballyverane, Macroom county Cork.

Any information would be valuble.

Hi, I know Macroom very well.......Kelleher is a very common name in Co Cork and indeed Macroom. If I were you I would write to the Southern Star newspaper in Skibbereen, Co Cork giving the details you have. You certainly need good details......as there are plenty of Kellehers there. Good luck.

thank you for your help.

Actually I sent the message on behalf of my mother-in-law so I will pass the info on to her!

She recently visited Ireland, she went to Dublin to look up the records there & then she went down to Macroom to the family.

Unfortunately her immediate family are no longer with us, (we never ask the right question when they are alive do we!!!!).

Maybe if she sends what she has to the paper one of their readers may have the connections she needs!!
