1841 Census 3 Questions please

Please could someone explain to me how I find out what the neighbouring parishes are to a particular area.  I cant find my relatives in an area in Kent I believe they should be and would like to search neighbouring areas.

Secondly can someone tell me what FS and MS that you see in the occupation sections mean?

Thirdly were mariners on ships included as part of the Census and if so is there anyway of finding them?

FS MS = female servant/male servant

Vessels weren't included on the census until 1861

Which area of Kent are you looking at - there are some missing areas for Kent in 1841

Ramsgate/ Broadstairs area is where I am interested in.  I have searched the parishes of St Laurence and St Peter which I know are in the area but drawn a blank.  Im now wondering how to find the next immediate parishes.
