Russell's in Tipperary

Hello,
Have a family member James Russell born in Cork 1868 served in RIC untill 1922, says on his records that there were family links to Tipperary.
Is anyone else looking for Russell's in this area with RIC links please.
He may have married or not with Sarah Lynch in Cork children Thomas Russell 1907, Margaret 1904, and Sarah Anne 1912 but she died young so he remarried but I've no idea to whom.

a quick look tells me there were quite a few Russells in Tipperary lots of them called James

Im a Russell from Cork and my great grandfather served in the RIC until 1922. I don't know much but I do know he was married with children before he married my great grandmother . I would love to know more.
