My G.grandfather ,William McLoughlin,, b1869 immigrated to Philadelphia 1888 from Ireland and was apparently a Fireman for 12+ yrs. He lived in Philadelphia Ward 31 at  2013 Abigail Street, ( taken from 1900 United states Federal Census)

Can anyone help me trace this info; please or direct me to where I can? Thank you.
