The images on this fiche were very difficult (and sometimes impossible) to read and very taxing on the eyes.
I saw no STARLING baptisms.
I saw these HUBBARD baptisms:
1806 Apr 27 Samuel Henry of John and Susan HUBBARD*
1809 Dec 13 Mary Ann of John and Susan HUBBARD
* At first sight, because the image was poor and in view of the name you are looking for I thought that this entry might have been in respect of a 'job lot' of HUBBARD baptisms as follows:
Samuel, Henry, John, Susan HUBBARD but decided that it was more likely to be as above - but the responsibility to decide has to be yours.
The original registers for this parish are, I believe, at the Colchester branch of Essex RO and there are no relevant transcripts to look up at Chelmsford.
It may be that the baptisms for the following period from 1812 should also be looked at but I have no more time
