Hi,
Difficult to find without place of birth or more info, siblings etc.

There is a birth of Robert Henry Roper on FreeBmd

March Q 1894 Robert Henry Roper Portsea I 2b 434

As Henry was fathers name, could be a possibility.

However could not find him on 1901 Census

Here are details of a Roper Union to be held in Bury St Edmunds
if you're interested.
Regards,
Barry Roper

Roper Union V Attendees,

So far we have 23 Ropers, plus family members, signed up to attend.
See http://www.roperld.com/RoperSuffolkEnglandMeet2006.htm .

I have created a file that describes what I plan to put on the CD-ROM
that I will give to all who indicate before the meeting that they
will attend. It is at http://www.roperld.com/RoperUnionVCDROM.htm .
If you have ideas for other items to put on it, let me know.

Dave Roper

Hi,

I think this may be Robert in 1901, he is transcribed as being age 4, but it looks more like a 7 on the image.
