1901 look-up for John Longthorn

         I am looking for the wife and location of John Harland Longthorrn born Hull abt. 1864.

                 Thanks for your efforts however this isn't the family I'm looking for.

According to Free BMD John Harland Longthorn married in 1886 and his bride was either Annie Elizabeth Hall or Alice Maria Whiting, hope this extra info is of help.

                    I do have him on the 1871 census when he is living with his parents William born 1830 and Elizabeth born 1832. RG10/4780 7 7.

Sorry, found him Surname spelt Longshern    :o

The name was transcribed as Longshorne and they were all born in Hull

John Longthorne, Head, M, 26, Boiler Maker
Annie       "         , Wife, M, 25
Arthur      "          , Son, 7
Wilfred     "         ,    "  , 3
Annie E    "         , Dau, 1
George    "         , Son, 5 mths

If you are interested I found John with his family in 1881 in Newington, transcribed as Longhorn, the ref is RG11/4751, Folio 41, Page 29

                  Many, many thanks for your assistance, this proves his wife was Annie Elizabeth Hall and also I know that John came from a family of Boilermakers, brilliant!!!
