Hiya looking for some much needed help..

Im researching Elliot's and came across Adam Elliot married to Janet Dickson/Dixon..
the details i have are: Adam & Janet were married in Canonbie on 19th Jan 1821, they had a son Henry born in Canonbie  18th Oct 1821 in Canonbie.From what i see he is an olny child!! 

Now my problem is Janet has dissapeared since Henrys birth.. I have a full timeline for both Adam & his son Henry.
Every document i see Adam on has him as a widower.

I can't for the life of me find Janets grave. Janet was spelt in a few ways

Janet/ Jennet/ Jeannet dixon/Dickson. Her DOB would be about 1792 and parents were William Dickson & Helen Johnston.

Can anyone shed any light even just a glimmer please
