1918 Absentee Voters, Bristol

Hi,
Does anyone have an idea where i could find the absentee voters list for Bristol for 1918?

I have checked the electerol roll for this year and all i could find was an "A" next to the absentee voters but no further information.

I've hit a brick wall and would appriciate any help.
