There is a marriage in IGI for William Sutton to Sarah Rowe at Marston on Dove, 18/6/1848, William's father William and Sarah's father John. That looks a possibility to me. And there is a bpt. for Sarah Roe 1/6/1826, father John, Marston-Upon-Dove on the IGI
And bpt. for William at Mavesyn Ridware 13/8/1826, father William, mother Hannah.
Since the marriage entry on the IGI seems to give names of both fathers it would be worth looking at it to see if it has any other info (well, you need to check it all out in any case).
