at the 1841 census for my ancestor.
James John Bewley was born between 1821 and 1823
in County Cork, Ireland. Occupation, Baker.
His father was John James Bewley, his mother's
name is not known.
The family immigrated to Capetown, South Africa in
1843.
James John Bewley married in Capetown in March 1843.
to Hannah Huddleston Frears or Freears.
I am hoping the census record may give us his mother's
name, and the names of other siblings and occupations.
