What does 29/5/120/ mean ?

Who do you want a death cert for ?

And when did the person die ?

sorry about that It should Read 29/5/1920 and It is about my grandfather who was in the 47 th Bn Royal fusiliers Who died on that Date D.O.B.16/6/1878 Army history

Hi Irish

You might not need to check it out if the one Adrian found is the correct one.  Try and get in touch with the cemetery where he is buried to see if they have burial registers - they often show where the person died - and/or the local newspapers as somebody suggested on your other post.
