Samuel Cottrill, ( or whatever way they are spelling it on any particular document), bd  circa 1830,  Lancashire.  Father possibly Sam of Liverpool, bd 1806 and Ann Bethell???.    Samuel married Sarah Naylor circa 1831, of Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire, in Manchester in June 1855.. Children:::: John Herbert,  William and Joseph.
