SIT: Difficulty contacting someone
« on: Friday 02 June 06 19:11 BST (UK) »
I've found someone on the SIT who seems to share an ancestor with me, and I've sent a message to him / her - name of Almick.  The reply was just my own message back to me, implying that s/he wasn't sure how to reply.  I've tried again, giving my email address.  Is there any other way of contacting this person?
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.

Hi Suttontrust,

the only information I have on the SIT is the RootsChatter's name and ID, so the only contact possibility is through a PM.
It could be the same problem as in here:
Topic: Mistified by "Quotes"
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,160506.0.html

in which case all you can do, is to pass on this link in a PM and try again.

Hi Woody,

Welcome to RootsChat  :)

If you've entered your names in the SIT, then if you enter the SIT and click on the button,
"Show all with my Surname Interests" you shold be able to find them again.
