Passengers record USA to UK 1865-1872

Where do I find the passenger records between 1865 - 1871 from USA to UK.
I'm looking for William Juggins and his son John Thomas Juggins b:c1866.
William was last heard off serving on HMS Conqueror that shipwrecked off Rum Cayo, Bahamas, 1861 and no record shown in 1871 UK Census. Would anyone please help to find any records of William Juggins born 1842 Luton, Yorkshire. Any marriage or birth record would be appreciated.
