Barnes family in Tyrone

Have recently received details of Wedding of Robert Barnes to Elizabeth Waters in Donaghmore,Tyrone in Aug 1852
I an not too sure where to go to look for information on the two families i.e. John Barnes and Robert Waters.
Any help would be appreciated.

Robert Waters was the father of Elizabeth Waters
