1891 & 1901 census: Mary Lydamore
« on: Wednesday 07 June 06 12:49 BST (UK) »
I would be grateful of some help in finding
my ancestor. Mary Ann Elizabeth Lydamore
and her family in the 1891 & 1901 census.

Mary Ann Elizabeth Bracegirdle b. 1856 in
Caistor, Lincolnshire.
Married, George Lydamore in Caistor in 1875.

I cannot find Mary Lydamore in the 1881 or 1901
census records. Mary died in Caistor in 1904 at
the age of 48yrs.

Mary's husband George may have been at sea at
the time of each census.

Regards

Gertie

Thankyou cep, I did appreciate your help in finding
my ancestor Mary Lydamore, (nee Bracegirdle)
I didn't think of trying spelling variations for her
surname, (Ledymore) and there she was in 1881
looking after her brother's little boy William George
Bracegirdle.
I haven't found any children born into their family,
perhaps they all died young.
