north yorkshire lookup

could someone kindly look up for me the birth or baptism of john parvin b 1811 in parish of sandhutton. His father was also called john parvin but i have no other details . Mothers name would be a godsend

Kirby Wiske is the next village to Sandhutton.

And in my experience !!! I have found my great grandfather using his second christian name, instead of his first. i.e
Richard instead of William

thanks for the reply but he is not my john parvin. my jps father was also called john well thats what his marriage cert says and its really bugging me that i cant find him ive been stuck here for nearly a year now doing this . i have been trying to avoid shelling out for yet another birth cert . judging on what i know his whole life revolved around sandhutton born there married in sandhutton chapel and buried there too.
any more ideas?

I have just had a look on the Familyhistoryonline site, but as yet
they have not recorded the Sandhutton Baptismal records.

Do you know which Church the events took place in?

If you look on the York family history site

www.yorkfamilyhistory.org.uk

It will tell you if they hold the parish records for Sandhutton on
disc etc. or where these records are held.

It may be worth joining just to get the correct info.
It is a good site. I am thinking of joining, because I have ancestors born in York and Norton by Malton, but have SO FAR,
had no trouble finding the  information I require
