It will come from a place name (but I can't find such a place at the moment).  Don't bother looking for a coat of arms.  I'm sure there'll be someone who will sell you one, but coats of arms were awarded to a person, not to a family or name.
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.

I totally agree with Suttontrust.  For what it is worth there doesn't seem to be a crest for a Lewsley in the standard books of Crests like Fairbairns.

The Crest by the way is on top of the helmet in a coat of arms as distinct from the shield for which I suspect you are looking.   In the coat of arms of an individual the information derived from the crest and shield when combined goes a long way to determine his ancestry.
