I've checked Scotland's People and FreeCen and the only one I can find in 1851 Riccarton census is Jean.

Jean Bryan, Servant, unmarried, F, 23, Dairy Maid, b. Ayrshire, Symington

Civil Parish: Riccarton
Place: Inchgotric

Hope this is the Jean you're looking for.
