1891 census look up please -- Gladden..Completed with thanks.

I am looking for the Gladden family, who were living at 19 Moye Street. London. Middlesex at the time of the 1881 census. The ages shown below would be their approx ages in 1891.

  • Thomas Gladden H  age 43.Occ: Bootpaster/Boot riveter
        Mary Wife   age 37
        Eliza Dau age 18
        Mary A Dau age 14
        Edward Son age 12
        Emma Dau age 10.

Hi again Tanja. Don't suppose there would be a Frederick Gladden and his wife nearby. Frederick would have been approx 45 yrs of age, his wife Mary approx 41. He is shown as born at Bethnal Green.  :) Lyn

 ;) That's the one Tanya. Looks as though the Gladden's were between Shoreditch and Bethnal Green. There's obviously another brother, as Fred is looking after his 2 neices who were both born in Bethnal Green. By the way I think it's Boot Laster. Seems the shoe trade ran through the family. thanks  :) Lyn

Annie and Emily are still with Fred in 1901 so I can't tell who they belong to.

From 1871 I can tell they were a large family. Do you already have it?
