Hello Cazza & Chairlady.

Thanks for yr replies. I had been given Henry's birth as abt
1846. It is hard to get an accurate handle on ages from the
Census, but it looks as though this is the Henry I`m searching for. The census is consistent in the 10yr span with
his age. Will start working from there.

Hello EBN,

Before the Roots Chat look-up I had no definite info other than the name Henry & and the yr 1846. This name has
been replicated throughout the family in various counties. I
am going to the Library later to do some research now that I have more to work on. Thanks EBN for the Ledbury address. I thought everything was held at Hereford CRO.
