wife Jane Ann Sibun nee Stubbings b.9th Aug 1816.

1871 living St.Margarets, Rochester,Kent,

they got married on the 25thDecember1839 in St.Nicholas, Rochester, Kent.

To my knowledge they had 2 sons Alfred (1854)and Edward.(1844)

Am interested if other children are on earlier census'.

Found this entry in 1841 Gravesend, could be related, with such a rare surname, and the occupation fits as well:

This entry in the 1841 Gravesend census is very feint, almost illegible, but I think this is what it says:
ref HO107 458-09 folio 16 page 25: could be Clifton Terrace or Rope Walk, Gravesend
Thos Sibun age 20 ropemaker
Jane do age 20
Emely do age 4 months
all born in county

Can anyone else with this census have a look at their copy for me please, and see if you agree with my transcription.
